 We are artisan manufacturers of chef made bespoke Vegan friendly, NGCI starters & desserts and traditional parfaits, terrines, souffles and other starters inspired by regional ingredients, that supply to quality food distributors around the UK.

All sizes of orders are hand made in our purpose designed, local authority approved factory using restaurant established recipes with an emphasis on quality and provenance and processes designed with the principles of GMP applied. Specification sheets including nutritional data are available for every product.

We are regularly food safety and quality audited by our BRC accredited customers to their exacting standards.
